I did the while front of the car 1/2 way up the trunk plus the mirrors. $699 Reeves Porsche. The clear bra has saved me already a few times! Totally worth it.

V1 is the only way to go. i would not buy one on ebay thou they are usaly older and not updtaed coast about 100 buck to get it updated. buy only direct....from mike V. my clear bra ran $450 for bumpers, mirror and couple other spots i had him do. the dealer wanted 800. So i asked one of the proters at the dealer where they sent thier cars to get the bra put on he told me..... and i got a good deal so i think. make sure you aske for airplane grade!

I don't have any pics of it hardwired on a 997 (since i don't have one ) but it's been pretty easy in all the cars i've done. Hardwired + concealed display is certainly the way to go

Passport 8500 X50 by Escort. This thing has been flawless and has saved my a$$ too many times to count and I live and drive in high patrol areas.

Does anyone have a source in Miami, Florida? It seems like I might end up paying more than that although I am looking to do the whole front cap. Miami roads suck...a lot of rocks and dirt. Also the product that they claim to use is a 3M product, Spinny maybe you know if its compatible?

V1 or 8500 - you could spend hrs. each day reading for and against posts but bottom line is both work well. Its best to get both for a free test drive, drive on your roads and pick what suits you the best if your really nit picky about the purchase.
