Actually Porsche hit the company, who was manufacturing the emblems,with a legal suit. They subsiquintly have stopped production. So the quantity is limited.
I am thinking of picking up an extra one just in case.

I think our parts department still has a few left, call Jay at 610 886 1000. However my experiance with the silver crests have been the red fades after a short period of time in the sun. anybody else have that problem.

nope never have and my car is a DD car and it usually parked out inthe sun in the day but gargaed at night...

I have no problem with the fading on mine but then again it was made from the OEM one pn 993.xxx.xxx.xx
I think some of the low-priced ones out there were bad batches hence the price was so good. You can have a OEM item that has been worked into what it is to help answer some questions.
