I just got back from the Porsche Exchange. Me and my father went in to test drive a brand new Carrera 4S. He is getting a Targa 4S when it comes out, so he wanted to see how the 4S drives. I am so impressed with the car in every aspect! The acceleration, handling, braking... The performance is amazing for such a practical car! The high way acceleration was awesome, the car hits 100mph like nothing! The car really sells itself, it's so perfect in stock form! I can't wait for my father to get his! The service was great as well, the sales manager was very nice and helpful.

Bottom line... No other car manufactures build cars, like Porsche does!

No I'm not sure yet... It looks good in every color so it makes that decision really hard! Although, Guards Red is my favorite Porsche color, so maybe that... I dunno, we'll see.

 

Don't know if you have the same sales rep, but I have to send kudos to one of their sales associates: Faris Nijim.

During my search for a 997 I was in contact with Faris about one of the cars in Porsche Exchange inventory; Faris should give a CLINIC to all other Porsche sales staff... he sent me detailed photos on his day off, always responded to emails within a couple of hours.

I ended up receiving an offer I could not refuse from a dealer in Ohio , but Faris of Porsche Exchange will be on my short list for next time.

 

good luck, the 4S is a mean machine. I have an 07 with 300 miles bought in a the Miami Collection dealer. Let me suggest the Chronos package, you really feel the difference when activated. Also look into the new orange whoaaa that is bad ***.

Practical is a huge plus. I don't want say it's a "family" sportscar, but my wife and I manage to tote our 7 year old and 3 year old around with no problems.

Dad's gonna love it.

 

Actually they're all a great bunch of guys and gals from Bruce on down to the lady who does a terrific job of keeping the place clean. Can't fault them. I'm on my 3rd 911 with them and if there's a 4th I will be back with them.

Enjoy the speccing process and indulge in getting all the "bits & pieces" while you wait for delivery.

We are deciding between Slate Grey and Guards Red. I will be the one speccing the car out, so I'm gonna go with the 19" Carrera Sport Wheels. If we decide on Slate Grey I'm gonna get the wheels painted the exterior color.

I was showing my dad pictures of a Cobalt Blue 4S earlier and he loves the color... He said, he will most likely get his car in Cobalt Blue. I'm really happy he likes the color so much, because it has always been one of my favorite Porsche colors.
