Dyno tips?

Dyno tips?
So I dyno'ed the 997S yesterday - 309 whp/265 wtq. Given the driveline loss, etc., it was right on cue with Porsche's factory claims.
Does anyone have any tips for dyno runs (i.e. pulling fuses, sport mode, etc.)? We turned off PSM, but I forgot to select sport mode beforehand. The ABS and PSM sensors went crazy with the rear wheels going but the fronts staying still... I took it out around the block afterward and everything was back to normal.
Thanks in advance for your input!
Here's a couple of pics (sorry for the blur):

Yep, bone stock - I wanted to get a baseline. The guys there (AMS in Gaithersburg, MD) said it's a 17% driveline loss with their dyno and RWD, so 309/265 translates to 361 hp/310 tq.

I think P cars loss is a little less than that due to lack of a long driveshaft etc. vs front engine, rwd setups but your probably within 10hp regardless.

Either way, I'm getting a baseline done on a Dynojet on Dec 9th (along with the FX), so I'll have other numbers before I supercharge both of them.
