997 C4S Cab 06' tooo Slow....
I have been breakin my car in for the 6000 miles it currently has on it for the past 4 months. No matter how hard I drive it these days, it doesnt excite me as far as power or torque. I was expecting much more for the 110+ price tag. Should I
A. Modify it, which I'm not to crazy about or really understand at this point.
B. I have a deposit on a 997 Turbo Cab, just wait untill thats ready and take a hit on the trade.
C. Switch to a used lambo gallardo, or 997 GT3? I really love porsches but I need more excitement every time I take it out.
You guys are all experienced.
Please Advise Me!!!!

time for a SC for you then.
it all depends what u call fast is relative.
for some the c4s is plenty fast. but for some even the tt is not fast enough.
consider evo or tt conv.
i think you might be happy.

I agree fast is relative and you get used to it very quickly. I have only had mine a short time. Faster than my 996 but not significantly. You have to keep the revs between 5000 and 7000 to really take adantage of the torque.
SC is not a bad idea. I would just live with it until the tt comes in a cab. You still have a great car.

God you say the C4S is slow...what I have to say about my Golf??
Anyway I think you should go for the Carrera S to enjoy the ride better...even a Turbo Cabriolet should be insane but you have to wait a lot of time I guess.

Other than the new TT, the C4S cab is one of the more expensive P-cars in their line up. Why not wait to the 2006 TT drops a bit in price, and swap out for one next year. Keep your cab with low miles to retain as much residual as possible and switch to something with more power. I know switching cars is easier said than done....you will always loose some money, but if your so dissapointed with the power than hey...ignorance is bliss.
