Fabspeed Product Information: 997/997 “S”

• Fabspeed offers MAXFLO high performance mufflers for the 997, 997S and 997 C4S. Systems are constructed of super heavy duty T304 mirror show polished stainless steel and are simple bolt-on installation which allows re-use of factory tips or Fabspeed quad tips. The Fabspeed Maxflo system complies with Porsche warranty and emissions for all 50 states including California.
• Fabspeed Maxflo systems save 28Lbs from the rear of the car while adding +12 HP and superb throaty sports car sound.
• Fabspeed also offer mirror-polished Dual Quad 3.5 “ stainless steel tips. Simple and easy bolt-on design for a great updated look. Fabspeed Quad tips fit both 997 and 997 “S”...please specify model.
• Additionally, Fabspeed offers computer numerical controlled (C.N.C) mandrel bent equal length headers for maximum uninterrupted exhaust flow and drastically reduced backpressure. Fabspeed T304 stainless steel headers have 1 piece primary tubes and are the ONLY system like this in the world. Much better and stronger quality than headers made up of multiple tubes all welded together. Fabspeed haeders utilize Formula 1 NASCAR style high velocity merge collectors for maximum exhaust efficiency and scavenging. These headers create more power and torque across the RPM band while complying with all 50 states’ emissions and Porsche factory warranty.
• Fabspeed Maxflo high flow sport cats which are 200 cell for less restriction and more power and sports car sound. T304 SS tubing that is C.N.C mandrel bent. These pipes are a simple direct replacement bolt-on for the factory 997 catalytic converters. Race/sports cats make all 997 cars louder and more exotic.
• Fabspeed also offer muffler bypass pipes and catbypass pipes. Both systems are direct replacement bolt-on parts and are constructed of T304 mirror polished stainless steel. The catbypass pipes save 25lbs from rear of the car while the muffler bypass pipes reduce the weight by 50lbs. The above parts offer aggressive sports car sound and the catbypass pipes add +12HP and +12.5LBS of Torque while the muffler bypass pipes add +12HP
• Lastly, Fabspeed offers a 997 Cold Air Kit. This facilitates 20% more cold airflow from outside the engine compartment. More airflow=more power and improved throttle response. The cold air kit also adds +10 HP with a BMC F1 airfilter and only requires twenty minutes for installation.
