there is no POSSIBLE way you don't see any gain with even just a muffler... you will see at least 1-2RWHP... well with full exhaust and ecu and airbox like i said will gain more than 30whp on the 3.8L cars... i mean i only had the AWE header, high flow cats, and exhaust and i could beat stock 996TT 1-3rd gear from a roll of 10mph... there must be something thats up with the exhaust alone! I myself also didn’t believe the claim form AWE system, until my friend give me a ride of his full AWE setup I was sold. I just got my AWE system setup with cats, mufflers, headers, EVO intake & GIAC. Wow! What a different. I notice the power increase & the quickness, now I can go 7000rpm easy. Even I am cursing 100mph my rpm is under 3000, before the AWE setup my rpm is around 3300 – 3400rpm. I guest you must have the right combination setup & the right GIAC program… to make the different.
