Finally....997S v. 996tt
im half asleep this morning, got 2 hours of sleep
im driving on the fwy (in another country
), i see a 996tt lowered w/ black taillights, i pace him for a little but he doesnt bite, i move on. a little bit later i see him trying to catch up. i let him pass me and get behind him.he moves over 2 lanes and ounches it and so do i. we went from 60-120 or so. i pulled about 1/4 of a car on him at the top of my 3rd gear :dunno:, before and after the top of 3rd it was dead even. i was very surprised that i pulled on him, but then again my bypass pipes really opened up my top end.

Cause ther has been many stories with 996tt's vs 997S's.

videos are always the best way to substantiate your claims...otherwise, no one will believe...and even with a video people will make excuses about leaving too early etc etc etc. just make sure u get a buddy to ride along with a digital camera and record it.

He must have been in the wrong gear as in one or more gears higher than you.
Gear for gear, there is ZERO chance a 997 or 997S is gonna take a TT. BTW, I own a 997S and would like it to be true but I know better.
