Thanks. Looking to see how it looks on a 997 ideally. Black would be even beter. Do you have any pics from a distance? Are you happy with it??

I have one to install on my 997, but haven't gotten to it yet - may do it this weekend but getting the gasket stretched under it will take a bit of doing.

Will post photos when I'm done.

Thanks TA. Would appreciate if you could post any intall pics as well, as I like to consider myself handy, but need good step by step instructions to do anything right.

I think the black/silver logo for the hood would look sharp for any silver or black 997.

Yours will confirm it!!!

be very, very careful. it's a b%^ch

my bodyshop didn;t want to attempt it on my boxster and the clips are impossible to remove. i ended up heating the seal in hot water nad crazy gluing it to the badge before attaching it to the car.

Had the silver Eric From BumperPlugs SilverCrest installed this morning by my dealer ($75) - it looks SMASHING.... the photos may not do it justice, but it is a whole new look in my opinion. That silver/black running on the hood is so much cleaner than the traditional gold.... THANKS ERIC!!!

I just had it done at the local Porsche dealer. Looks great on my Black C4S. Will post pics this weekend!

I had the silver crest installed on the hood yesterday. Looks great!! I want to thank Raj (aka: crocrr) for giving me his silver crest.
