Fabspeed offers MAXFLO high performance mufflers for both the 997, 997S and 997 C4S. Systems are constructed of super heavy duty T304 mirror show polished stainless steel and are simple bolt-on installation which allows re-use of factory tips or Fabspeed quad tips. Fabspeed Maxflo system complies with Porsche warranty and emissions for all 50 states including California.
Fabspeed Maxflo systems save 28Lbs from the rear of the car while adding a superb throaty sports car sound.
Fabspeed offers computer numerical controlled (C.N.C) mandrel bent equal length headers for maximum uninterrupted exhaust flow and drastically reduced backpressure. Fabspeed T304 stainless steel headers have 1 pieces primary tubes and are the ONLY system like this in the world. Much better and stronger quality that headers made up multiple tubes all welded together. Fabspeed headers utilize Formula 1 NASCAR style high velocity merge collectors for maximum exhaust efficiency and scavenging. These headers create more power and torque across the RPM band while complying with all 50 states’ emissions and Porsche factory warranty.
[FONT='Times New Roman','serif']Fabspeed Maxflo high flow sport cats which are 200 cell for less restriction and more power and sports car sound. T304 SS tubing that is C.N.C mandrel bent. These pipes are a direct replacement bolt-on for the factory 997 catalytic converter, and will not produce a Check Engine Light.
JCS- Fabspeed Motorsport has over 16,000 sq ft of fabrication, sales and warehouse space in Ambler, Pennsylvania You are welcome to stop by anytime, and we would be happy to give you a tour of our state of the art facility. As far as our "Home made video camera" We use a Canon XLH1 for all of our videos.
I just want to thank everyone else for the kind words.

Thank you for your reply Jeremy.
I have a few comments/questions :
To 1: YOUR customer "nyseal" ( previous thread ) and others do not seem to agree with your " simple bolt on " , (perfect fit ) claims .
2. How does your system comply with Porsche warranty ? ( Porsche does not have a warranty on their own exhaust ,much less someone elses )
3. If your system is constructed of "super heavy duty "( per 1 above )
material , how were you able to make it 28 lbs. lighter ?
We are discussing mufflers and piping here and the only way I see to make them THAT MUCH lighter, is by using SUPER THIN sheetmetal and SUPER THIN wall tubing instead of pipes.
4. There are MANY complaints on various web sites concerning "droning" in the cabin attributed to your mufflers. Do some cars have it while others don't ? And "superb , throaty sound " is a very subjective thing .You either like how it sounds, or you don't ( and MANY of your former customers don't )
5. does everyone else bend their pipes across their knees ?
6 & 7 Tubi headers ( just one example ) look like they are made exactly like yours .So why are you the "only" one ?
8. TWENTY PERCENT more air flow from an ~ 6" long rubber elbow (your "cold air kit ") ?
Into a NA engine ?
But to keep this discussion short :
if your products are as great as you claim , why not offer an unconditional guarantee ?
If any of your equipment does not deliver the claimed performance gains ,or if it cracks or rots, or the muffler stuffing falls out etc. return it for a full refund or free replacement .
Never mind what others do. They don't claim to be "the best " or "the only " in the world.

I have Fabspeed mufflers on my 2006 c2s Cab. My dealer installed them during delivery while I waited and they bolted right up and aligned perfectly. They are lighter than the stock mufflers probably because they are physically smaller than stock and do not have all the baffles and so forth inside. The Fabspeed Mufflers are soild when I rapped on them with my knuckles and did not feel cheap in build quality in anyway. The tubing bends and welds are smooth and of very high quality. I have 8,000 miles on them now with 1 auto cross and 2 tracks days with out any quality problems. I'm not sure what you are talking about with bending the muffler tubes on your knee because you can't with the Fabspeed mufflers I have on my car. The sound is very nice and I really do not have much of a droning problem at all...yes they are louder in the cabin of the car but any free flowing muffler will be this way and all of the competition I have expreianced is about the same with interior volume. I receive compliments on the sound of my car at every track event and car meet and people always ask me what mufflers are you running. These mufflers or any that I know of do not affect the Porsche warranty or emissions and that is what Fabspeed is talking about I surely believe. I fabspeed believe they are the best I do not find fault with that...it's there company and I hope they believe in there product...I know I believe in the product I sell (dw drums and percussion) as the best in the world.

JCS,
It seems as though you have misguided thoughts towards Fabspeed Motorsports. I would appreciate if you would call us directly so we may clarify the issues that you were alluding to. Also, please feel free to stop by our facility. I look forward to hearing from you. Thank you.
Mdrums,

I do not have any issues with Fabspeed per se.
I was commenting on your statements ,some of which appeared to be in direct conflict with your own customers . One right here on this site, and others on different forums.
Perhaps if you were a little more conservative with your claims of incredible airflow increases from just a rubber elbow and your exhaust system gains, I would have less of a problem believing the rest .
Most automotive experts ( and I am not one ) do not believe that any meaningful gains can be obtained from just an exhaust or air intake in a NA engine . Especially since we are talking about one of the more sophisticated , state of the art engines being produced in the world today.
But , you have a great opportunity right here to clarify any misguided thoughts you think I may have .

We are talking about Fabspeed's mufflers here.
Not AWE ,Tubi or Borla etc.
And since they are only about 1/2 the cost of the PSE's and
probably a lot cheaper than the ones you mention above,
I guess that makes them CHEAP. Gheesh . Lol

I have personally thoroughly inspected Tubi and Fabspeed mufflers and neither are junk, JCS. I have not picked up a AWE muffler before...have you? Have you seen the welds on Fabspeed mufflers? Have seen the quality work in metal work and tube bending of Fabspeed mufflers? Have you ever seen a Fabspeed muffler in person? If not I believe you've been invited to tour their facility. Just because Fabspeed and all these other mufflers except Tubi is less than PSE bears nothing of the quality. Geesh I can't believe I even care or am debating F'n mufflers.

1.Yes , I have . Very pretty .
But since I am not in the habit to crawl under the car to admire my mufflers ,
I don't really care if they have a " mirror finish " or not .
2.I don't care to debate your F'n mufflers anymore either . Lol
Enjoy them , as I enjoy the sound of my PSE's
