is it a 4 inch rear or a 5 inch rear lip i have the regular brakes (the red ones) thanks

 

I just found out for sure it would be a 4.5 inch rear lip, haha right in the middle. Throw away all your rain coats, b/c when it rains youll be hiding in the lips.

Your a pretty ignorant person if you think that wheel is the same wheel that the wheelsdirect company is showing here. I can clearly tell you( and im no wheel expert) that that wheel is a one piece wheel, maybe forged, maybe cast im not sure but definately one piece. The wheels shown in this thread are a 3 piece wheel, thanx for the post though.

if a company makes wheels and they make their 3 piece better that their 1 pc what does that tell you about their company .....quality should be a factor in whatever your name is on !!

 

I see what your saying, but you cannot compare them like that. If you wanted to compare, the way to do it would be like comparing a mercedes to a kia. Mainly b/c mercedes use way more expensive materials in building their cars then kia does. Just b/c it is the same company, doesnt mean that you can say their cast wheels are the same as their forged wheels, their COMPLETELY different materials.

If you are gonna say that the company has bad quality on their one piece b/c their is this cracked wheel, then maybe you should talk bad about hre(3 piece forged) and their bent and cracked wheels that are not approved for scca, or everytime a cracked wheel from rota(cast) should be posted. The fact of the matter is, this could happen to any wheel b/c you can only make a wheel so strong, nothing is perfect.
