Hi All,

Just need to touch up some rock chips in my wheels. What is the silver that Porsche uses for the wheels. Also, is it worth having the rim powder coated?
The dealer scratched my wheel on the spoke face just slightly. They want to send it to get powder coated. Will this match the other wheels? How does Porsche paint their wheels? Is it powder coat or a conventional spray?

I do not think a Porsche Dealer will use a conventional spray they need to match all the rims in Gloss and Finish do not worry about it , they will paint your wheels professionally ...........If you are not convinced told them to show a wheel that they did before so you can assess the Job done , anyhow there are other shops out there that will refinish those :
