Paris--No, the wing does not go up anymore. No need to. In fact, not the decklid itself but the part that used to go up, along with the hardware, have now been replaced by a new base.

The difference between the Cup bumper and the regular GT3 are:
-- the Cup bumper is more expensive but probably not justifiably so.
-- the Cup bumper comes with the vented grills attached, but I had them removed to make sure the paint was done right. So if you were to buy a regular GT3 bumper and separately buy aftermarket grills, maybe that would be cheaper.
-- the Cup bumper comes with a slit for a tow hook. But I opted to not have a tow hook permanently installed, so I had the slit filled by the bodyshop. So that's more money again.
-- the Cup bumper was more readily available, at least when I needed it.
Other than the above, I think they are the same. You can use different splitters on the Cup bumper just as you can with the GT3.

Your info supports my thoughts. Didn't reckognize the Cup bumper because I didn't see the slit, but your work to the bodyshop explain everything.
