You have to order it on the car before it gets to the dealership. The -20mm sport suspension with LSD is available for Europe and ROW only (unfortunate for us North Americans).
The reviews of the -20mm suspension have been stellar. They can be read on Rennteam. It also doesn't hurt that the 997 Carrera S does a sub-8-minute 'Ring time with that suspension as well!
I figure if you're not Walter Rohl (an expert driver) or compulsive about track times, you really don't need it for practical street driving.

I'm really confused now?!?!
I guess their marketing department did the Carrera owners in, here in North America, a la' GT3 with Sunroof!
I don't see any reason why the 997 Carrera (and Cayman and Boxster) couldn't get it here, with all the weird combinations they have going on with the other models. It seems to be price related...
