price check help.........

hey guys, i thought i would run this deal past the 6 speed experts to see if i'm making out ok.

'06 c4s, blk/blk, 6 speed, 4k miles. full leather, the 10-spoke (i think) sport wheels, bose, PSE, no accident history or paintwork. 103k msrp.

79k through a dealer, not CPOed.
