Also I am not a fan of Anti-Sieze. Not sure if that is good or bad. Used it one time on the Exhaust bolts on my 914 and they never wanted to stay tight so I don't use it.
In the past I really have never used anti-seize either, but since I live in Seattle and it rains here all the time I figure it may be a good idea to prevent corrosion, rust, etc. I will only use a minute amount though. I will torque them to 17 ft lbs. Is it the same for the bolts that connect the headers to the cats?

Probably they are the same size.

Has anyone used the ebay/suncoast headers with aftermarket cats and mufflers? I installed the headers along with AWE cats and mufflers this past weekend and there are fitment issues on the passenger side (header possibly causing the cat to not align well with the muffler). I contacted AWE today and basically will take out the entire exhaust and try the muffler and cats with the stock headers to make sure the problem is in the headers and not the AWE stuff (makes sense that AWE stuff SHOULD not be the culprit here but most likely the ebay/suncoast header). Just curious if anyone else has experienced a similar problem...

If you didn't use the Stock Gaskets that might be part of the issue. The Gaskets that come with the header are significantly thicker than stock.

I have Fabspeed cats and exhaust and had no fitment issues other than the exhaust tips were a pain in the *** to line up. My Suncoast headers fit perfect.
