laser jammer in NY, NJ, PA

Does anyone know which states have outlawed laser jammers? I am thinking of installing one but hearing conflicting info. http://www.guysoflidar.com/faq.html this site shows all three states are legal but I have heard from educated sources that NJ (for example) has outlawed them. Anyone know?

Also, what is the best jammer?
thx

From what I've heard blinder makes the best jammer that actually works.

I've heard good things about the Lidatek. If you go that route, give Gus at Technik1 in NYC a call. He does a great hidden install of the Lidatek. My partner had it installed in his 997 cab there and it's saved him a couple times. Going to have to get one put in mine also - been seeing a lot of cops in NY using laser now and my V1 is basically useless for laser - only warns you as you are being 'tagged'...

Thanks for the advice

I know Gus and will probably go that route. I have been tagged by laser a couple times and you have zero warning....dead meat. Having spent a few visits to court and a few $$$ to lawyers to do similar I am sure the jammer will pay for itself quickly.

Gus also did my Lidatek along with the mirror etched V1. I think Lidatek is "reorganizing" so may not be available. I think he's using Blinder right now.

Not illegal as far as I know in the metro area.

I have owned both the Lidatek and Blinder jammers, i currently have the Laser Park Pro (LPP) and it is by far the most effective i have owned.

Install was done locally by Manhattan Motorsports (Bobby Singh)

LPP is certainly the most expensive of the three, but you do get what you pay for...
