Seriously. I was *this close* to buying a white 69' Camaro SS/RS with a nasty big ci small block for my first car some 11 years ago. Was owned by an editor at hotrod, only paint was a bit rough but the driveline and interior were wild. Guy wanted an astounding $13k at the time.

I kick myself daily for not picking that one up. Car with some decent paint would be worth $75k today.

Amazing cars, but isn't that the same "R" from the GT-R Skyline or am I missing something? I know they are the "ring brothers," but that would be weird.

It is still for sale, I will just keep upgrading it and having fun untill it sells. I may also put it up for trade for the right 993. I am just getting bored and need something different for a while.
Not a big market for 1000 hp 6 speed streetcars, everyone thinks because the car has big power that is must not drive like stock, they need to actually drive it to believe it. Everyone seems to be into only good looking cars and do not want to pay extra for a great performing car.
I have my other 6 speed trans in right now(syncronized) and am jsut waiting on my new 19x11" back rims to get here so I can drive it before the snow flies.

How do you know about me??

The "Kona" sold last year for around $150k which is a great find considering all of the fabrication involved.
