Hello,

We bought a new expedition and we want to supercharge it. Do you guys recomend any brand in particular? I would prefer a bolt on kit.

whipple or kenne bell. i believe they both have blowers for the 5.4.

 

I would reccomend the Kenne Bell. I have a small 1.5l on my 96 Cobra and it makes tons of torque at low rpm. They only list a 2.6 on their website for the Lightning upgrade. I am sure that I have seen kits for the Expedition but they are slow about updating the website http://www.kennebell.net/index.htm. Most new Cobra and Lightning guys use Kenne Bell when they upgrade although the ones that go Whipple always rave about them.
