275 mph Viper?
According to the front cover of Max Power a 1500hp Viper did 275mph....
Looks like a comp coupe....February issue of Max Power...

Interesting...Wonder which tuner built the car....

Hennesey did a turbo Comp Coupe, probably them...

wow. Where did they get to confirm that top speed? Not too many places you can do that.

It could just be an estimate based on the parts it has. Just like 1500hp is probably an estimate of the power.

It looks like it's set up for drag racing, but I don't know if it would actually hit 275 in the 1/4

I really doubt 275 in the 1/4...Probably on a long long long straightaway north of a Mile.

No street tires that I know of have that higher rating than a 220 mph. Scary....

Not sure the brand but they're purpose-built for that car and cost a ton! They also dont even last long at those kinds of speeds.

it doesn't look setup for drag racing (tires give it away). Just probably has to run a chute still do to it's speed. Should be an 8 second car

I'm glad dodge came back with the coupe they should have done that from day when when they changed over body styles..Was never a big fan of the SRT-10 con..the new comp coupe however...thumbs up.

That probably would go 170ish in the 1/4 so as stated..it would need well over a mile to hit 275..if it could infact go 275.
