What kind of car should I buy???

I dont know what to do. I own a construction company and drive around 200-300 miles a day. Diesel is now $3.99 per gal. I'm looking to get a car to do just bids. Wanting something nice because of the areas we work in. Wanting to spend 60k and under. Wanting something atleast 20mpg on highway. I'm not wanting a honda, or a vw. The car doesn't have to be a American car. I open to see what you all have to say. I dont car if I put a lot of miles on the car.

Thanks

Right now, I'm looking forward to the Audi A4 2009 but if you don't mind a coupe, the A5 or 4 dr. A6 would be nice. Any BMW 3 -5 series will fill the bill as well.

Lexus if you really want luxury. ES 350 are nice but you could go with a Toyota Avalon if price becomes an issue.

I do own a VW but it's 10 years old come next month. I could drive it for another 3 years probably but I know there's either a CV joint or a bearing that's ready to go so I'm planning on a later year purchase and for my particular needs, a 2009 Audi A4 (in Sept.) or the Lexus IS250 RWD. On the economy fringe, it's an Altima 2.5 but I'm open to both Toyota and Honda as a fall back.

I'm just looking for more refinement than the VW.

buy any toyota truck (with an automatic) and one of their V6's. you'd get 250K miles out of it.
