2007 Hennessey GT1000 Twin-Turbo
Hennessey Performance has taken the performance of the Ford GT to another level with a twin-turbo system that allows the supercar to reach 60 mph in 2.6 seconds and ultimately reach a top speed of over 240 mph. In addition to the twin turbochargers, the GT1000 system also includes a stainless steel exhaust system, billet throttle body, air-to-water intercooler, fuel system upgrade, upgraded mass air sensor, and CV-shaft bolt upgrade. The engine is also custom tuned and each car is dyno tested to ensure optimum performance.

Why not just go with the Heffner twin turbo set up? Hennessey doesn't exactly have the best reputation in the Viper community (not bashing here..just going on what I've read. Either way it's a mean looking car.

With the whipple 3.3L blower on the GT's they are just getting 800hp not sure on what fuel though (pump vs race) and just breaking 200mph in the mile.
Heffners TT GT's are mamking 1000rwhp on 100octane, (and I think some pretty close to that on 93), and are running 223mph in the mile.....
twin screw blowers just can't keep the breath flowing at that level.
