Rob and Big is a great show, those guys are living the dream!

I'm confused?

 

To make a long story short...
Big was originally hired for a skit in the DC skateboard video. When we did the world premier tour.. kids loved the skit and thought his security bit for Rob was real. They were getting his autograph and what not. So Rob thought it would be sick to make a show loosely based on that. It worked real well.

Rob had set everything up. Wrote all the shows... went to all the meetings.. ect. Big just kinda showed up for filming. No big deal.....
Rob also set up everything "MTV money" to be split 50/50. Big was getting paid pretty good from DC, New Era, and whatever else he had crackin on the side.

Rob is a pro skater.... so he has boards, shoes, energy drink deals... ect. Well... Robs shoe sales went through the roof. Meanwhile Big decided to quit DC and start up his "BB" brand. But he didn't have the backing that a company like "DC" does... so he started getting real bitter at Rob. Tried sueing him for 50% of Robs shoe royalties. Just being a punk. Not understanding that.. Rob had set up a "Robbie and Biggie" cartoon to be done by the same dudes that do Jimmy Nuetron, and some other HIGHLY successful cartoons... also had a MTV movie deal... the list goes on and on... Well halfway through the filming the second season.. Rob had enough and booted Big and MTV out of his house and was going to dead the whole thing.
MTV worked it out with Rob.. and he decided to finish that and the 3rd season. After that..... Rob was done dealing with BIG.

BIG now does dealership commercials in Plano.... and Rob has his new show coming out.. cartoon....movie roles...toy line....ect.

Don't bite the hand that feeds you.

 

wow that intense, I never realized. Nor did i realize Rob was any sort of business savvy. That show hes coming out with looks great. Good luck with the car build! that camaro looks unbelievable

So If I understand what Ive read correctly Rob owns half of dc shoes correct? Thats a sweet car regardless of who he is or what hes done.

I do have.....

We got finished the metal work on the fenders, and the rear. Sent the car out for media blasting... and have been replacing all the bad metal we couldn't see. We decided to cut out the Detroit speed fire wall... and make our own. Along with a custom tranny tunnel. The Camaro is now sponsored by Marquezdesign.com and is getting the FULL interior package...along with all the accessories.(door strikers, tail lights, turn signals, door jam vents...ect.) The parts for the interior being provided are... full center counsel, apillars, b pillars, headliner, door panels, full dash, front and rear door panels, ect. They make TOP NOTCH stuff. We are very proud and exited to be working with Marquez.

The IForged wheels came in... the rears have a 7 inch lip!! Here is a picture.
Over the next few days I will put up some more picture of the work getting done. The rear end should be here in the week... so it will soon be on the ground.
