Black COPO style '69 427 Camaro
These things have so much attitude. Just too much altitude.
Fresh resto COPO clone. Paint looks fine from here. I have no connection to the car; it is on _bay.

Looks pretty nice..
I wouldn't personally change it, but Air Ride could solve the altitude concern
Edit - might be slightly optimistic re price given the current economy. $0.02

I like the simplicity of it and that it does look like the real deal in every way.
I'd keep the looks but give it a stealth pro touring treatment, efi it, and put those dog dishes on 17" wheels with some serious rubber.

COPO cars are awesome. That is how they should sit and they pretty much all had those dog dishes. There is a class of drag racing that the cars have to look just like that, down to the tires. But internal engine work is allowed. Some of them run 10's on sh*t tires.
