This tire size was designed by Pirelli for the 599, ZR1, LP640, and DBS. It would be one of THE best fitments you could use. It does require a 13" wide wheel however.

The added width makes up for traction. The Z06 will smoke any tire you put under it. But the Nitto Invo does hold up real well for the kind of power that Vette's are making now.
If you are worried about traction then drag radials is the only other way to go..
