He's screwed no doubt about it. But we all know he tried taking it to a Chevrolet dealership on a flat bed, played stupid, and got it written up under warranty, GM wanted the ECM, found it was pegged a million times, and completly wiped out the Warranty on the vehicle do to driver fault. The way GM's module's are set up is everything talks to the ECM when it comes to powertrain. The TCM talks to the BCM, then relates the information to the ECM. So, like when you guys put vette's into Comp mode, or traction off, it relays messages to two seperate modules, then the vehicle adjusts its settings in a flash. No way possible the guy could've gotten out of this either. GM's module's tell all, quite like a Black Box. Just no way around it.

One of the Vette owner Idoits!!!!! Yeah, you dont hear the tires burning out so just stay on the gas and rev harder. Talk about not knowing how to drive! LOL And at the end of the video clip, the mechanics standing around him look just as dumb. Because you can smell when your clutch starts to burn right away.
