TT Viper 7.56@191mph on DR's

Boost control is handled via the AMS1000.
Drummond Race Cars in Laurel, DE has done all the chassis, engine, and turbo system work. I myself do all of the electronics, tuning, and other assembly work as in interior, wiring, tuning of the torque converter, etc., which is more involved and a pain in the *** than I ever thought. I can't count how many times I've been to the track for testing and end up coming home after one pass to drop the trans and unbolt the torque converter to change the stall speed.

I've been a best of 1.259 - 60' and used to average in the 1.28's, but that was on the setup I was running in 2008. That setup had a completely different top end on the motor and twin T4-88mm turbos. I went 7.50's @ 190, but it took 33psi to do it where the new setup requires 20psi. The new setup has sacrificed lower end power and now has twin Promod 90mm turbos. I haven't been able to launch like I have with the old setup, but I also do not have that many hits yet to work out the issues.

Most definitely. With a 6 speed the challenges are huge. If you can get the car to leave hard enough to capture a decent 60', the chances of breaking something are extremely high due to the shock being placed on the driveline. Many other factors play a large roll as well.

Neither would anything else in the only communist state!

There are plenty of RWD cars that would hand that Gallardo its *** on a platter on the street. Im sure this Viper could dial it down and adjust the suspension to tackle it... and Im positive I could find some guy in a 1970 Malibu that could do the same.

Where were you guys in this thread, where I was told that no RWD car could beat this Gallardo.....

Which kit is on the car? I've had this car for a month or so and coming from something that put down twice the RWHP that this car does, it feels a little 'sluggish'. I need to get some boost in it in a bad way.
I'm going to have to see if I can see yours down there!
Do it!
