'10 Shelby GT500 Lowered
Installed a set of Eibach Pro-Kit (35115.140) lowering springs on the ’10 also purchased a BMR adjustable panhard bar and a set of Ingalls 14mm Fastcam Adjuster bolts (35420).
The install went well without a hitch and having a lift was great for the rears. In the convertible there are two braces (left and right sides) that have to be removed so the axle can drop low enough to remove the springs and install the new ones. Doing the front all I needed was my 2 jack stands and a low profile hydraulic jack. All very straight forward and along with a torque wrench and air tools this is an easy job for sure.
The new springs make the GT500 convertible handle much much better without becoming harsh over bumps. The handling is probably 35% better around turns, so much tighter and responsive. The GT500 has about a 10% increase in the bounciness of the suspension, absolutely not too much in my opinion and really not that noticeable. To eliminate this in the future I might upgrade the struts and shocks but it really isn’t necessary in my opinion.
These springs hit my goals 100%
ð Lower ride height front and rear – give it a tucked in look
ð Increase handling capabilities
ð Retain quality ride characteristics
ð Don’t break the bank – good bang for the buck mod
Here are a few pictures of the new look.

Thanks - I actually had minimal axle hop in this car before. So far when hammering it off the line there hasn't been any at all with the new set up. Seems like the rear tires are wearing out more quickly though
