Picked up a 2010 Vette Grand Sport
Got a 2010 Corvette Grand Sport convertible
Its red with a black top
So far very impressed with the way chevy has updated everything (Launch control, paddle shifting, navi, electric convertible)
Also love the rear wheels, 325s in the rear, way to go chevy
Only thing im still not sure about is should i put the white Grand Sport stripes on? Black? None?
Also paint the rims black or leave them?

Very true, off the line it doesnt feel that it has as much jump as the Gran Turismo but once i realize its not that different the Vette is a freaking rocket
Worried about trying launch control, idk if it will burn the tranny like ferraris and GTRs

Nice GS. You won't regret the comp gray wheels. I have them on my GS and they look the business. But that deal David just posted is ridiculous. I'm kicking myself in the *** because I bought replicas for 1,000. Would much rather have had these.
By the way if I were you I'd buy a new set of tires ASAP. The runflats are garbage. I noticed a significant increase in off the line capability when I went to the Kumho KU36s. Plus you can do 345s.

Right, 100% like a glove. Just be careful with different brands and their varied sizes. The stock 325s are as wide as another company's 345s. Make sure to look at section width measured in inches. Stock tires measure 13.2 inches wide. The Nitto Invos measure 13.35 and are popular with GS / Z owners because they come in at a great price. The Kumhos are a little more expensive but they measure 13.8, which is why I bought them. Regardless of what tire you buy, you're in for a drastic difference in the way the car feels. The car will inspire more confidence in cornering as well as better forward grip at all speeds.

I'm with you. Not feeling the black rim thing. I keep trying but, still not feeling it. Maybe one day.
