highly Moded C6ZO6 help
my friend is running c6zo6 , 454ci , air intake , exhaust ... etc etc
he is runing 200 wet shot right now and eveything is great he got 740whp
but now he is planing to run 2nd stage of nitrous (100 shot ) .. so it will be 300 shot of nitruos !!!
but as you know , the oem fuel pump will not hold that much of fuel presure .. and he do not want to adjust the fuel tank and put extra pump .. bla bla bla ...
all what he is wondreing to install upgraded fuel pump that hold more than 800whp with out alot of adjusments !!!
what fuel pump you suggest ?

IMO he is in the territory where you need to take the time (and spend the money) to do the job correctly. At that level he needs to run a fully upgraded fuel system with an external regulator situated up front. I hear and have witnessed plenty of stories of woe from people who tried to cheap out or slap a band-aid 'fix' on something but you don't read about those kinds of failures from people who take the time to do it right up front.
A 300 shot requires spot-on tuning - there simply is no room for error.

DPE - Custom Fuel sending unit with return line and big reliable Bosch pump able to support over 700 rwhp
the different size in fuel pumps with the factory one on the left, and yes it was a tight fit
C6 has 2nd Bosch pump that is activated at 5000 RPM's for safety and future upgrades

I have for sale a Nitrous Outlets 1gal. dedicated fuel system for a C6 Z06. Send me a PM if interested. This fuel system will work as a add on and will supply fuel when the nitrous is armed. This will be perfect for your setup and you can set it up to run 93 or C16 race fuel and run reg 93 with your oem tank.
I never got to use it. It was installed on the car and was removed in the middle of my build because I upgraded to a 1400hp single pump fuel system.
I will post more pic's of it but here is 2 pic's of the fuel system. ( The pic's is not from my car but from two different forum members in the corvette forum)

my buddy just got one of these and it will be installed tomorrow along with 85lbs injectors/fuel rail/...etc! his is a c6 with 402 stroker and soon will get a F1R . cant really say anything about them, but im sure if you go over the corvetteforum you will find a lot of good resources

Nitrous daves outlet is where we got our dedicated fuel system for the direct port 300plus shot on one of our Z06's. Highly recommend it.
If the car was turbo or blower,....a dedicated fuel system is needed with proper sized lines and regulator...etc.

hi friend , to suply this kined of fuel for this kined of power specialy a 2 stage direct port system you must install and auxelory fuel system for the nitrous or you will have a lean spot evry time you hit the nitrous , even if u have a huge intank pump.
