It will need to be making alot more than 1290 to take down the big boys, which if you're letting off 1K rpm early and on less than ideal fuel on that dyno run...it should.

Then comes the issue of whether it will even come close to hooking.

Regardless, it will be very interesting to see what it does in TX.

 

I made 1340 with it a week ago but had some issues with blower belts, new blower will be here tomorrow and should make 1400+ and belt issues should be a thing of the past. Car is stripped minus rear bumper cover and everything is being preped for paint. I will prob start painting some of the stuff this weekend and the rest in the next week. I am working with Mickey Thompson on a 335-30-20 Drag radial for it, vettes and vipers. I just need to get enough people interested. I don't know what it will have for tires on it yet for the tx2k12 and if i cant test it before and make sure it will run with the cream of the crop i will not go but maybe to spectate. I will be at the mile with it as long as everything goes well dynoing blowers tomorrow requardless if i go to the tx2k12. Im driving it from Minnesota to the mile aswell. If it can make 1400-1450 with the linar curve of the centrifical, it will run with the big power lambo's just fine.

 

After 2k12, are you going to stick around for the Texas Mile?
