Sighting: Cuda Hemi Converible, Yellow

Sighting: Cuda Hemi Converible, Yellow
Today I saw a yellow and black Hemi Cuda Convertible in San Jose, Ca...Almaden Expressway.
It was definitely a frame off restoration. Spotted at the Chevron Station on Almaden Expressway filling up at the 100 octane pump. I have seen several million dollar plus vehicles at this station on mainy occasions, was this yet another sighting?
It looked better then showroom new.
Anyone know anything about this car.
