Thanks! Picking them up today and hopefully installing them this weekend.

Btw, Essential lites did an amazing job. They quoted me a price and even though the job turned out to be the most difficult retrofit they have ever done, they did not increase the price and just said that they appreciate the opportunity to contribute to a cool project. Out of all of the retrofitters I emailed only 2 companies actually replied and the other one stated that it couldn't be done. Well well...

I later found out we knew the same people so a win win all around. I'd recommend them for all of your retrofit needs.

Q45 projectors retrofitted headlights and Morimoto bixenon projectors retrofitted in fogs.

I also have a new front lip installed courtesy of DTM Autobody. Amazing price and quick and painless service. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction.

So I decided to get my valve covers repolished and custom powdercoated candy on top to really make the color pop. Fun fun fun...found a stripped motor mount bolt, 2 loose valve cover bolts on the driver side, and 1 nut that was jammed on top of the rear corner bolt on the passenger side which made it a pita to work with smh....

Anyways here is the final results:

It seems as though that my Photobuck bandwidth goes out every month, so I will update on here as bandwidth comes back. However, for those that haven't followed me yet for more up to date photos, you can follow me on Instagram: e85hemi

Anyways some more pics. The motor should be put back together tomorrow. Here are some fun pics while I waited for my gaskets and MAP sensor:

Finally had some time to get started on putting back the valve covers and manifold. The BT valve covers are a tight fit, but it is very possible to do by yourself with basic hand tools. With a little patience the valve covers will go in scratch free.

The engine is just a mock up. I still have to put other things on to really tie things together to really clean up the motor and make the gold pop IMO.

Anyways on to the pics, don't be too critical just yet lol:

Billet Technology Valve covers on with Show and Performance stainless bolt kit. Valve covers and washers powdercoated candy gold by Baid Polish.

Closeup of the valve covers and coil pack bolts. I can't wait for the BT coil pack covers to arrive to offer some contrast!

Shot from a distance. I still have to put on the Funkycold Motorsports bolt kit on the fenders and misc spots throughout the vehicle

Closeup of the rat's nest. Waiting for other BT bling to arrive to shorten the hoses and relocate the catch can etc.

I haven't had much time, but the black couplers came in today so I installed the upper portion of the Mopar Fendermount CAI and tucked some hoses and wiring.

Another Billet Technology package has arrived. I swear...dealing with BT is like receiving the VIP treatment with white glove service from beginning to end. We are truly blessed to have such a great company supporting our community.

I had to go back and redo the driver side valve cover so I didn't have much time for anything else today.

So I haven't had much time to work on the car persay, so I'm just going to share pics I took for instagram. Photobucket always runs out of bandwidth by the 2nd or 3rd week of the month so feel free to follow me on instagram e85hemi. heres some shots while datalogging the car for Johan aka Diablotoona and just enjoying the car while I wait to install the rest of the BT goodies and cleanup the engine bay.

I have a smog due (yay California) and need front tires badly so those are due up within the next couple of weeks.

Anyways enjoy...

First car wash since sitting in the garage for several weeks:

A funny pic credit to tx_srt8 for the idea.

Datalogging for Johan

Fun snapshot showing the tig welded skid plates hanging on the Kooks Headers

Excuse to datalog taking the car to John's Philly grille. Best Philly cheesesteaks I've tried so far outside of Philly.

Mtec D2S HID bulbs 6000k. Tripped me out to see red salt at that temperature. Made by GE.

Quick snapshots of the light cutoffs. As stated before q45 projectors are not known for axing performance. I did te retrofit for aesthetics.

And some different shots of the E63 rear brake setup behind the Kartier Forged wheels.

It's been too damn hit in So Cal to want to wrench on a motor, plus I'm trying to spend more time with family before summer is over. Just some snapshots of the 3Gkustomz panels put back minus the firewall cover that needs trimming.

Okay so the monthly bandwidth is back up fly photobucket. I'll just show you some photos since last time leading up to the photoshoot held today for The Retrofit Source in GA.

Here is a video of my car airing out. Lube needed and realized that my muffler valves were clogged up and needed to be changed:

http://i72.photobucket.com/albums/i1...psfbea3207.mp4

Having a little fun with pic stitch:

i haven't had much time lately, so I just had RIS designs in Paramount swap the front muffler valves for me. I had to stop by Tam's Burger! So good!

Well turns out I should have just done the back at the same time. I swapped out one myself, but for the life of me...I could not get the last one out. Tried WD-40, PB blaster...no dice. Luckily my friend was down to help me and you can see the aftermath. That thing was stuck on there!!!

Since the photoshoot was fast approaching, I decided to get some vinyl cut for my sponsors and companies that have supported me!

Ended up going with Brushed Gold

And now the amateur shots we took with our cell phones lol. Will post up more photos when I actually receive the real photos from the photographer.

Models are Claudia Alan and Nina Mascunana:

The vehicles there were a quad retrofit Titan, quad retro e46 bimmer, Yamaha Bike, etc. Here's the sick Matte White bike. Thing was modded on every inch.

We were debating if the front end looked like an owl, greengoblin, or an eagle. Either way it looks like it's saying, "come
At me bro" with its tongue out to me. What do you think?
