Dont mean to beat a dead horse but..................cant get over the tail lights.

 

I'm actually very happy the lights look the way they do, it's one of the reasons I'm buying a 911

 

Get over it dude! Round lights wouldn't even go with the rest of the car! ALL the photo shop pics with round taillights on the corvette forums look stupid! I for the life of me don't get why you round taillight guys don't get that! The car is an ANGULAR design… Round taillights would look out of place to any and EVERYONE except you guys!!!!!!!!!

 

Gm lost a lot of their diehard vette fans with this new design. It's more than just the taillights, it's the entire rear end that spoiled this car!

I agree 100%, I have owned 3 C6's (C6, Z06, and ZR1) and will NOT even think about a C7.

 

And I did too! 2 zo6 and zr1. I was ready for the move and Gm just made it easier for me.

 

Wow! Hate the color, but actually think that is the best looking rear end they have ever put on the car. Finally looks finished.

 

Too all the guys that don't like the way it looks… To each his own! I think the silliest opinion you can push is how YOU think something looks… So its pointless to try to convince someone that has their mind made up about "looks" one way or the other! But I will say this. I don't think that it's going to hurt sales that some have negative opinions. Because for all the guys that think its ugly there are even more lined up trying to get one!
Here is a little video for all the guys that do like it… Keep in mind this is just the stingray and if you can afford ANY of the other cars in this video you can afford a Z06 "!!!JUST IMAGINE!!!"

 

Supposedly significantly heavier than the C6 ZR1. At least 100lbs for sure based on the C7 weight increase, but supposedly more than that.

 

Silly to consider how it looks? I have to live with it. I have to live with my wife, needless to say she is beautiful. As far as performance everything is relative. Match a Turbo S against the vette or the Z06. For me it is just as easy to buy a vette as it is to buy a Turbo S so I chose to purchase a GT2 and Turbo S. I love vettes and yes they perform well but they are not the very best nor will they ever be, they are a great value for those looking for just that.
