Camshaft Regrinding

Camshaft Regrinding
I just picked up a dirty old 1968 Mustang with a 289 to restore. The car is all original from what we can tell. It was sitting in an old barn, woman's husband passed away and she sold it to us... the dream story! Anyway that's a topic for another time.
We have the engine torn down and I want to keep the parts as original as possible. I've been searching for machine shops that regrind my original parts, like the camshaft. I found a company 5 hours north of me that does cam regrinding: http://camsnortheast.net/services-vi...ding-grinding/
Curious if anyone has any experience with the quality of a cam thats been rebuilt? I just don't want to end up with a mess on my hands when we turn the key for the first time in 30 years.
TIA
