1964 Corvette - Help needed!

I know this is a long shot...but I'm stuck. We just replaced the heater core on my dads 64 vette. We have figured out where everything plugs in...but we cannot figure out how to route the cables for the Fan\defog and Temp\Heat controls. We can't bend the cables to much because they are the actual cables you pull out and push in to make work. If anyone has a 63-67 vette with a shop manual...or even better a vette with the glovebox out...I would LOVE to see a picture so I can figure out how to route these cables. Or any recommendations of a site I can post on for help would be great too. Thanks guys!

Here is a picture!
