pics/details of my trip to get the viper! 56k no way

I flew from denver to atlanta to pick up my viper. I drove it up to chicago to see my grandmother who just got out of the hospital and then drove it out to colorado where I live now. Just a bit over 2000 miles and 28hours in the car in 4 days... I even stopped at the racetrack to see what the car would do at sea level!
to the pics
on the way to denver airport

at the bank in atlanta signing over for the car

him filling it up before I left and dropping him off at his place

tearing it apart after the track... looking for something.
car went 12.0@119 pretty much bone stock, stock tires, etc with a 1.96 60' time. I had clutch problems (getting hot) and couldnt get into third gear a few times even though my 60' was 1.8x... a definate 11 second pass... oh well

all put back together and on the road crossing into colorado!

home sweet home! Pics of my 3 cars all together

and the money shot

it was a GREAT trip! I never got pulled over once and just had a great time driving the car and getting used to it!
for those who havent seen the vid I made doing the 1-4 gear pull, here it is. Keep in mind, this was my FIRST time driving the car so the shifts are just ok and I did short shift a bit (not used to the car yet)

there should be a vid coming soon from the 12.0 pass at the track

Looks like a fun trip with a fun car! Those tear down pics are crazy though. Did you lose something in there or what?

Edit: Go for the 1500 rwhp package!!

Congrats, looks great!!!

12 flat is not too shabby for a bone stock machine.
More power is what these car's DON'T need.
But then again too much is never enough...

Have fun!!!

just got back from bandimere... same 60', same tires, same amount of fuel, same everything...
