Brake Pad Part No.'s

Brake Pad Part No.'s
I'm helping a friend locate replacement pads for his '06 Vantage. I've read through the threads, but would like more specific information about after market pad part numbers and availability.
A few questions:
1. Are the OEM pads Pagid Blacks (4-2-1)? Craig at rennstore.com says Pagid doesn't list pads for the '06 Vantage.
2. Is it accurate that the fronts pad shape (1001) is exactly the same as the pad used on a WRX STi?
3. Same as above for the rears (592) except for an early Viper?
Any help would be appreciated. Friend does not track his car, street use only.

My 2 cents.
My experience with the Pagid Blacks was not great, lots of dusting and noise.
Just installed EBC Redstuff on rears. I've had good luck with them on other cars, clean wheels, good feel/performance and quiet. The EBC Pads were too thick and a touch too wide so they needed a bit of machining. I have aftermarket front calipers so I don't know if sizing will be an issue on stock fronts. I am using Ferrodo 2500's on the fronts and they are messy too. I will probably get new pads for them soon.

Thanks Orangegower.
I bought the DP31031C for the rears, that is why I had to modify them. Wish I had known.
The EBC pads have a layer of material that helps to bed the pads, be sure to follow the unusual bedding procedure they recommend.

Gave my friend a couple of options:
- Carbotech 1521's if he wants a pad with low noise and dust.
- Ferodo DS2500's, if he wants a high performance street pad with more noise and dust. I have these on my Evo X. Great pads, good bite, not too bad on the rotors, but lots of dust and some squealing when cold.
Funny that the front Brembo calipers on the Vantage and Evo X are exactly the same (except for the color, mine used to be red but are now Brownbo's after a track weekend).

For what it is worth, AM part numbers are:
7G43-2D007-AA for the front,
4G43-2C562-AA for the rear.

per Stearnsn help and from his shop's advice (thanks again!) I ordered Hawk "HPS" Ferro/carbon pads. They took a slight amount of machining from my shop ( a little thick) but so far are working very well. No noise on street and minimal dust. I have not put them on the track but will do shortly.
FYI - This was my first pad change - stock ones went about 14k miles including some track events (long track that is only hard on the brakes in about 4 places). I also had the rotors turned w/ some exotic materials during the pad change. And yes they were "recalled" back in 2007 due to noise - had shim material placed by dealer and no issues after.

Looking for performance pads that could do double duty track/street for my 09 V8 Vantage. Need to install them before end of next week for 2 track afternoons. Pagid Blue 4-2 or comparable. I know Pagid does not show part number for the V8 Vantage but they make pads for other vehicles that will fit my Vantage. If anyone could help me out on where they purchased theirs and part number of both front and rear pads they bought, it would be appreciated. Thanks,
