Pirelli Pzero Rosso or Michelin PS2 ?

I have Pzeros currently (PO) and HATE them! They ride rough, get hard faster than other street tires, and make a crap ton of noise. I have Michelin PS set going on as soon as the cords are showing on the rears. (soon)

According to my 09 Owner's Manual page 12.7, you can have Pirelli P-Zero Corsa 245/40ZR19 and P285/35ZR19 installed as a dealer install option.
I talked to a very knowledgeable Porsche mechanic who is also a track instructor at the local dealer today in regards to upgrading my 911 suspension for track and he explained a bit about tires and how they play in the overall handling of the car. According to him a vehicle's suspension is tuned to certain types of tires. This has more to do with the sidewall construction than anything else. He shoed me a little N2 stamped on the side of a PZero tire that was on a 911 on the factory floor. Aparently this tells you something about the sidewall construction of stiffness and he said that when replacing my tires with street/track tires, this rating is what I should look for. If I installed a softer sidewall tire on the vehicle, it would handle differently and tend to drift a bit around corners. I just had new wheels and tires installed on my vehicle a month ago and my last time out, this is exactly how it felt. He gave me a few tire suggestions that all had the N2 rating like the Michelin Pilot Sport Cup.
I'm not quite sure what to look for on the stock Bridgestone's on my 09 Vantage Roadster but there is an E4 stamped on it. Maybe someone else can enlighten us on this.
