I got to see the V12 Carbon Black in the fall during a factory tour and it's hard to tell the cars apart from some small interior changes, seats being the biggest difference with the light weight carbon. Special paint that they say had over 40+ hours of hand polishing and of coarse the cherry on top . . . a AM track day included with the price. Price is approx 5% more than the standard V12.

Yeah, it's a beautiful V12 Vantage but again I have never seen an ugly Aston. The V12 is coming to the US later this year (probably as 2011 model) as announced by Aston several months ago.

 

^ I was hoping it would be... I thought I heard something being mentioned, but I wasn't sure. Certainly is good news. Anybody know the sticker?

 

Legal issues are preventing the V12 vantage from coming over for now. They are fighting and I would guess it should be here in a few months. Thank god for loop holes.

510 ponies??? This is some machine. Why wouldn't Aston Martin seel this car here...one of the biggest markets in the world. That's just not cool.

 

OK, let's clear some air. The V12 Vantage is coming in the fall to the USA. I have given a deposit and chosen colors. It's coming. The price is just shy of 180K. My car is optioned to about 188K. Trust me.

 

That's correct! The V12 Vantage is coming to US in the Fall. My dealer already told me so. There were some problems earlier this year but all that got worked out. Base price is about 180K. I don't know about option prices but should be the same as V8 model. All Astons usually come loaded with options...$10-20K is pretty common. I think my V8 had $17K options but keep in mind that V12 base model is already pretty loaded with ceramic brakes and all the nice stuff...so I estimate 190K loaded is about right.
