Then I put a neoprene sleeve surrounded by a highly flexible skeleton son metal. Suitable for all curves without crashing and without loss.

and a trumpet of fresh air.
Moves to end of supply duct fresh air.
Material: aluminum.

for a total cost of around 40-50 dollars

Then, it remains only to fix avecune flange or a bracket to prevent movement of trumpets.
Note: Luckily, my trumpets returning excat between two vertical support of the grid so they perfectly behind plate:


That was more than doubled the intake dynamics of the car. I think the more aggressive grille without distorting the Aston

What happens when driving in the rain? Any potential problems from getting water in there?

I do not think the original system also takes the air directly. In addition, there is a flow in the air box where the water would come up to her

Are these intakes upstream from the air filters? Put another way, the air that comes in though the intakes passes through the air filters before reaching the engine, correct?

I like the idea. I would like to see you run the tube straight with a filter instead of merging into the existing tube.

Very nice ideas! More air is always good ! I love to read how folks are modding their cars. My only thought is all parts being "black" to provide a more slick/don't see look but that is just my opinion ...

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think this new system is sucking air without air filters, right?
( the air filters are at the bottom of the car and the holes are closer to the intake )

A company called BPi (Bryan Pendleton Initiatives) produces 3.00" inner/6.00" outer diameter and 3.50" inner/6.00" outer diameter ABS plastic velocity stacks. I typically sell these for intake systems fitted with an RF-1048 K&N intake filter, but they would work perfectly for this design as well.
