New Wheels on an AMV

After some research I decided to order the HRE P40's in a brushed tinted finish (20x9 & 20x10.5) from Jonathan at Wheels Boutique(he was great). Overall a good experience and an impressive final product, as the wheels have the highest quality fit-finish-detail I have ever seen.

The car runs beautifully(no tram-lining), feels a little better planted(tires are now Hankook V12 F245 & R285), and looks much better with the wheel-wells filled in.

My only issue remains the fact that HRE-WB insisted the OEM lugs would work....front lugs, yes, rear lugs NO. The rear OEM lugs will not seed-torque properly. After a little back and forth, HRE-WB kindly sent out a new set of open-ended lugs, which work well, but as you can see by the pictures, really cheapen the final look of the rears.

I hope this helps future AMV wheel shoppers.

Those wheels look great! You should be able to find aftermarket chrome lug nuts to fit. Look for 14 x 20 in 1.75" length in 3/4" hex head and conical/cone seat.

Yup, your posts and pictures contributed to this selection.... Did you use the OEM rear lugs or were another set provided

Dude, why are your pics so small?
I'd love to see your ride in all it's full glory.
