Has had $18K in work done last five years,need $8.5 more per dealer
ABS unit,diff leaks,power steering reservor and line leaks ,two radiator leaks,...

Whats it worth?

 

Just some thoughts to consider ... why all the work to this car? Was it wrecked or just totally abused ? If so what else will go wrong in near term (engine? tranny? 25+ little crap stuff?) ... do you have a great mechanic close that will work with you on labor and parts costs - or are you a mechanic ? Might seem like a cheap deal now but in long run might be better to find a car in great shape and well cared for, then work the price down - less expensive in the long run ...

Then again if you can pay, say $10k for this one ... and that is afforable to your bank account ... pull the trigger ... anything major in the future, just sell the car for "parts" ...

I have "restored" several 911 over the years ... buy the better car ... I found it will be less expensive in the long run ...

 

These were problem cars. I have a few friends in my Aston circle who swore off them because of this car.

 

Never wrecked,not used much. ABS modual/qrtr window/park brak/IO air control/two coolant leaks/block thermostat leak/power steering reservoir/Rear Diff leak/wheel bearings/oill change/four tires.....
