So my wife and I are having our first kid soon and we have decided not to find out what it is. We have the girl name picked but I want some type of racing inspired name for a boy. Let me know what you guys think about Aston. Also, I plan on getting him into karts when he turns five as long as he's into it so he's got to get a good start with the name.

whatever you do just remember that whatever name that you choose make sure it at least goes with your last name since kids these days can be cruel and you don't want your kid to be made fun of with a weird name when he/she goes to elementary school.

Why not use ASTON if it is a girl? Sounds well-bred and slinky.

 

if its a girl name her Sabine (middle name Schmidt) ... it doesn't get more racey than the "Queen of the Nurburgring"
