High pitched noise when turning left..

If the e- brake is completely old school, it will have a piece of metal as part of the pad. This metal will contact the rotor when the pad wears down to a certain point. Dragging the e brake handle inside the car will not solve the problem, it will only make it worse. Pull the wheel and if necessary the e- brake caliper and examine the pads

This seems like a common problem. Several threads on it. Yet no one has posted a resolution.
I also have the cyclic squeaking during long left turns. And it feels like its coming from the right hand side of the car as well. Seems to be much more prevalent going uphill than going downhill.
No squeak when going straight and very faint squeaking on right turns.
Whats up with these VH cars and left turn squeaks? Seems like the ebrake pad and/or cable is a red hearing as people have replaced those parts and have not fixed the problem.
