Guys,

Has anyone had any conflicts with AM over installing say RSC's 200 cells cats in their cars while still under warranty? I have a '10 V8 Vantage and am a little leery over the prospects of making the change for fear of negating the warranty.

 

no worries for me with the catalysts of RSC.
I the boards for over a year and everything is ok. They have even been installed by my mechanic aston martin

Check w/ your local dealer ... there have been some "published cases" here on 6Speed where their dealer said cats would void warrenty. My dealer had no issue ...

 

legally, it can only void your warranty if it leads to a failure that you're putting in a warranty claim for.

 

No issues with my RSC cats or my AM Dealer

Am dealers in general don't seem to mimd mods to muc. The AM community in general is far more mod friendly than a lot of the other exotics dealers. Ultimately it comes down to your personal relationship with your dealership and your service rep. If they like you and you are a good customer they will turn the other way everytime
