The other day I noticed 2 or 3 of my grill blades seemed to slip out of the vertical blade holder (might be bad terminology here). Seeing that the entire thing is just held in by 6 T25 screws and 2 small nuts, I took the Grill off my car. Are there any secrets to putting the grill back together, the blades seem awefuly hard to get into place.

try pushing them back into place, it looks like theyre just held in by the groves

 

I wish it was that easy. After playing with it you have to actually bend back the vertical spacers so that the teeth are wide enough for the blades. I was able to do a pretty good job with all but one blade (using all of my weight).

I have to say these grill blades are like samurai swords, incredibly engineered.

anyone know where i can get one of these vertical blades.... the last one on the passenger side is missing on my car.
