Can anybody recommend non dealer AM mechanic in the SF bay area.
I've been considering buying an AM but I would like to find a good shop first to check out some of the costs. Preferably, they would be located on the peninsula.

I recently had my car serviced over at BR Racing in Los Gatos ... They have a nice shop, deal with exotics, and have experience with Astons ... Their prices are much better than the dealership as well.

Does that void the warranty if we did not service it at the dealer?

ok, I have to put in my 2 cents here. BR Racing has a beautiful shop and a lot of nice cars around the shop, and they specialize in race cars. I love race cars but I had a bad experience there. I had them install new springs, wheels & tires. When I picked up the car the TPMS light was on. They said I needed to drive it to re set it which seemed to make sense. To make a long story short, after numerous attempts to re set the light, nothing worked. I was left having to take the car with the light on to a weekend car event in Nevada. When I returned I asked them if they switched the TPMS sensors over to the new wheels and they swore up and down that they did. They told me that the entire TPMS system had failed and I would need to purchase a new system from Aston Martin. I said no way. I took one of the old wheels to America's tire and had them break the bead and look inside for the sensor. Sure enough there it was. Whew, that was the short version.
I have had consistent and great service at Los Gatos Luxury cars and in particular with Mark LaBas. They cost a little more ,but sometimes you get what you pay for.

If you wouldn't mind sharing, how was your experience with DeLongs? What did you have done? And what rate did Delongs charge?
