Just Moved from Michigan to Tucson. Drove the Aston (which was a blast) and had a great trip. The local streets here (if you live here, you know) are crowded and have ridiculous speed limits. Soooo where do we take our cars for a little bit of fun without the traffic??

45 minutes east of Tucson theres a track named Inde Motorsports Ranch, i went there and had a blast.
Also theres a town called Show Low AZ that has very nice roads.

The road up to la encantada is great. One of the best roads is going west on Speedway all the way past I-10. Keep going all the way through Star pass and you will find some of the most amazing & challenging roads you have ever seen. Once you hit a T at the end of the road after 5miles, take left and it will take you all the way back to i10 ... It was my mini nurburgring ....

Thanks 007! I knew someone on this forum had been here or lived here currently. I had a great ride today up to Mt. Lemmon on the Catalina hwy. What an awesome road, scenery and curvy wise. Was 92* in town and 59* up there!

Ya mt. Lemmon is a great road. It was much better 3-4 years ago before it was heavily patrolled by the police.
Gates Pass (the mountain pass west of star pass on speedway) is a phenomenal road close to town, it has very large elevation changes and blind off camber turns and other challenging stretches. Do not turn traction control off, trust me. It will take you a good 4-5 times before you memorize the 50-60 turns, it's definitely a great route that will out your skills to the test. I took that road almost every weekend.
Enjoy it

I'll second the use of Inde Motorsports Ranch as a safe and FAST track! It just happens that the Southern Arizona Region of PCA hold event there twice a year (April and November). We welcome all cars of any make, so long as they are appropriate for the track, and safe.
