Canuck Vantage is infamous around these parts
Ran the diagnostic. Looks like an O2 sensor issue.

Error 4/4 - P2198 Generic O2 Sensor Signal Stuck Rich Bank 2 Sensor 1
Error 3/4 - PO153 Generic O2 Circuit Slow Response (Bank 2 Sensor 1)
Error 2/4 - P0153 Generic O2 Curcuit Slow Response (Bank 2 Sensor 1) *SAME AS ERROR 3/4 (I find this odd...)
Error 1/4 - P0133 Generic O2 Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

The diagnostic tool I picked up has a Non-Continuous Test option. I can run on O2 sensor B1S1 and B1S2. Any use?

Do these cars use two oxygen sensors (pre and post cat)? Would you change your plugs given the rich condition (perhaps they are partially fouled).

Lingering Questions:
-Source for reasonably priced plugs?
-Source for interior blue / grey touch up paint?
-Source for rubber pads for accel / brake pedal?
-Source for '06 aux audio cable solution?

Interior paint chips that I am referring to:

Thanks for your feedback all!

They have four O2 sensors pre and psot cat on each bank of cylinders
To get 3 of them giving codes is unusual.
Sound like an over fueling issue?

Hoping one of the experienced guys chime in...

Slow response and stuck signal rich seem like bad sensors to me. That said, I pulled fuse 22 and there is a lot of gurgling and poppping when off throttle (I kind of like it). Indicator of rich.

Throttle response at the low end of the rev range is getting sluggish / hesitant when the car is cold which makes me think rich condition as well.
